The Farmer’s Highball

Perfect for a hot Wednesday afternoon at the farm; light, botanical, and very low-ABV.

  • 4 oz Amara Aperitivo

  • 2 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water (or any high-quality tonic)

  • Garnish: A sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme from the garden.

Instructions: Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add the Amara, top with tonic, and give it a quick stir. Slap the herb sprig against your hand before garnishing to release the oils.
