The Radicchio Negroni

Since Amara is a fortified wine steeped with radicchio, it can bridge the gap between a sweet vermouth and a bitter liqueur like Campari.

  • 1.5 oz London Dry Gin

  • 1.5 oz Amara Aperitivo

  • 0.5 oz Campari (optional—add only if you want extra "punch")

  • Garnish: A twist of grapefruit peel.

Instructions: Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
