Ian Knauer

Chef Ian Knauer is the visionary behind Amara Kitchen. He developed his craft during nearly a decade in the world-renowned test kitchens of Gourmet Magazine before returning to his family’s farm in Pennsylvania. There, he authored the cookbook The Farm: Rustic Recipes for a Year of Incredible Food and created the series The Farm, available on PBS and Amazon Prime.

Ian teaches a variety of classes including sourdough, seasonal vegetable, pies, and many more! You will always see him at our pizza and dinner events!
