About our Dinners & Special Events
Experience real farm-to-table dining. Our culinary team brings experience from Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, applying that expertise to dishes that highlight our organic produce at the peak of the season. Menus are built around the freshest vegetables from our fields and greenhouses and change daily with harvest.
About Tavolata Dinners:
Dinners are offered à la carte and evolve with the season. Reservations are recommended and include a glass of our signature Amara Aperitivo or a non-alcoholic beverage. Additional beer, wine, Amara Aperitivo, and non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase.
A tavolata dinner is a communal dining experience where guests come together at a shared table to enjoy a meal, fostering connection, conversation, and a true sense of community. At Amara Kitchen, we skip the small tables—ours seat 12—so every meal feels like a shared tavolata experience.
