Work share opportunities

Are you interested in joining our small farm team for a few hours a week in exchange for a share? Looking to add some belly laughs and tangible rewards to your routine? We have a great work environment and are looking for a few community members to help us with specific tasks during the week.

Expectations

Work Share members are expected to commit to the full season, they must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to be on their feet for a couple hours at a time. Work share members must be able to work independently and follow directions.

Box packer

This position will be helping to pack our customized boxes on Thursday mornings before delivery. This will be indoors but without climate control. It will require some heavy lifting and attention to detail. 2-3 hours per shift.

pick-up staffer

This position is for those able to staff a pick up spot in Lambertville NJ. Making sure people get their boxes and everything goes smoothly. This is an outdoor shift but does not require lifting or packing. Thursday afternoons from 3-6pm.

Delivery

This position is for someone who loves driving, has experience with larger vehicles and can deliver our CSA boxes to various pick-up sites in the area. A 2-3 hour route on Thursday afternoons. A valid drivers license and some heavy lifting will be required.
